[Resolved]  Vijay Sales — refrigerator L.G Make ,installation is not complete.

i had purchase my A/C, double door refrigerator, 32 inch LCD t.v, dell laptop, washing machine, food processor. 3 year back i had purchase the refrigerator godrej make (double door) but after 2 year in my refrigerator burnt with unknown reason. i put up complaint for that but replay to repair takes at lest on month. unfortunately that fire in refrigerator take place in presence of me.before any disaster i take control on it. it was happen at morning 7.00 we are just going to office. 2nd case:- last month i had purchase food processor .but for demo vijay sale take 2week at least with to may calls. (they told before purchase we provide demo within the 24 hrs.but never they do...? 3rd i change my refrigerator and purchase single door LG make refrigerator. installation is done within the said period but incomplete.we notice when we selling the packing box.in that we found the base frame or mounting frame is still not installed by delivery boys. i had raised the complaint in customer care but they are also tossing us. it was not under over scope, you contact your purchased vijay sale shop. we are thinking that we are your most reliable customer, we want quick service. at last today (1/11/13) myself and my wife along with my mom we just set over mounting frame of our refrigerator.because from your side there is no response. please give the better service to customer. and never toss the customers. may be you are the no:-1 seller at the moment, but do for future. if you have so many customer, we have so may buyer or vendor. cell no:-[protected], Name:- Tausif khan product detail :- ORD/SIAO NO :- 18KLY10-13S0383 DATE:[protected] LG REF GL 245BEDG5 VELVET BLOSSOM
