We have booked A.C. on 1st may. As per our discussion with sales
officer they have to deliver A.C. on 3rd may between 2pm to 8pm.
But they are not picking landline whole day.Then we try customer care number 3 to 4 times. They ensure
somebody called us or message us. But they did not do the same. Also one thing
is about customer care officers, they just try to fool us. sir aapko call back
ayega, sir aapko message aayega, sir me aapko 1/2 ghante me call karta hu. All
this stupid things they told us. But
nobody can solve this query & they are unable to give us right status.
A.C. is still undelivered in spite of making down payment
