My a/c no [protected] was transferred to janakpuri, new delhi branch since about 2 years. I was using net banking, but since last 5 months i could not able to make payments online. Despite complaints in branch and customer care the problem continued.
Since 1-4-16 for the last two months, i have made complaints online, sent screen shots as demanded by branch and have visited branch at least 10 times, but there response is that head quarter people are non cooperative and are not listening and correcting the things despite their requests and mails.
It is very very shameful on the part of bank staff as they are not able to sort out the things and are just befooling customers verbally forcing to close the a/c as well to withdraw all my fdrs
I request you to kindly look into the matter and sort out the matter immediately. Also to enquire the defaulter as the wrongdoer deserves disciplinary action against him and suitable punishment as per act & rules for such act of non cooperation and creating not only mental tension for me but also financial losses borne by me.
