Vijayanand Travels — Mismanagement and Misbehavior by operator

Had my booking done for a bus journey from Hyderabad to Pune through redbus.in
The scheduled time was 9-30 pm where as the bus left at 10-45pm the bus operator was pretty casual in his approach and wasn't concerned about delay caused to the passengers. Secondly, the drop point provided to me in Pune was changed without prior intimation. Was dropped off at a stranded location in early morning hours and the operator had the audacity to use foul language in this matter.
