Vikas Motor Co. Todi Honda — Non delivery of activa i

My name is B gupta and i just booked a activa i from the Todi Honda dealership in Kolkata on Saturday 15/02/2016.

As the activa was not present in your showroom at that time, I was assured by Mr. Sk.Sarfuddin, (Employee) that it would be delivered to my home by 15 days.

For this reason I payed the entire amount on Check and left.

After making multiple phone calls to the dealership, i was reassured that the bike would be delivered on time.

I still haven't receive the same and was lied from the dealership by Mr Sarfuddin that the bike is out for delivery.
They are ignoring my calls and they have misbehaved over the phone .
The manager is ignorant about the matter. I want to take action against such people as soon as possible.
