I have been with the company for few months and MD refuses to give comission on sale. He telled us to hit targets which are not at all realistic. the company says they are manufacturers but don't manufacture any of the material. they are traders . they buy from other suppiers and sell to other companis in abroad. they have no manufacturing plant just like they claoim. mr ashutosh biyani is the owner who is only graduate bcom and his wife ruchita who has no idea about busines and manegment. the company had no policy and new rules keeps changing all the time making it very uncomforbtle for employes. I do not recomnd peoples working for this peoples as they cannot have value for humans.
