I gave it no rating because I didn't even thing that the company qualifies. Yet I am also thank full because they gave me a job, when I needed one. But my over all review is very very and really bad. The PS, named Shivangi thinks that all employees are their "Majdoor" and they expect their employees to give more than 9 hours after spending the whole day. In addition, one of the biggest [censored]ed up thing is they really not in the mood to give salary and when they give it like we are beggars and they are masters. The IT Department head, name Ashish Dharampuriya always makes fun of other people and treat their member like a slave. My friend was working under his command and he treats him just like they purchased him. They want him to come at 8 O'clock in the morning and let him go at 11 PM in night. The Working hours are straight from 10 AM to 7 PM and that guy worked like 12 to 25 hours a day. And Ashish is the one who told him that “our resources are captured by you so please makes the work done quickly” and as IT industry is not work like this.

Now Comes the Rules, one major rule is come at 10 o’clock sharp and you can stay till you want and they will keep giving you work and if you stay more than 9 hours you won’t be getting any extra pay for that. If you are late by just one minute, shivagi will be performing the deduction from your basic pay. They always looking for deducing the money and no matter the clients are happy or not. Also, they didn’t give me the salary on time. We will be getting our salary next month after working 10 to 15 days.

Another thing is about this is, the new employees needs to work in insigne Academy, which is intended to give training but they expect an expert work from trainee. Rules say that a trainee will be shifted to Vindia After six month but during my tenure of 1 year I worked as a trainee and also fixed their Network problems and system failures which save them money. Only the Nagpur guys are good and the Employees working in Jabalpur are “Chutiya’s” According to PS.
This is an honest review from a frustrated employee of Vindia.
