Vip Housing And Properties — Please Don't Buy Land from VIP City and Properties

I both lands from VIP Properties in near to Tindivanam and near to madurantakam, Lay out names are Highway city and VKS Garden cost sqr feet of the grounds are Rs.250 and Rs.175. They marketed that in the layout big tank, big well, Gated community, Drip irrigation, 24 Hours security etc. After selling the entire layout, now there is no security guard, fencing are removed and drip irrigation instruments are no more. when we asking current cost of the ground from the local people they told cost of the ground is only 180 Rs.and they told "if you want land they will refer direct owner". we are shocked and call to VIP agent, he told "that he is not more in VIP properties". same thing happen in Madurantakkam VKS Garden layout no security, no drip irrigation, etc... My advice is please don't buy this types of Promoters there main aim is selling the land in huge rate and cheating the people.
