Vishal Mega Mart — About validity period voucher

Sir on 9:7 2015 i went to vishal maga mart jhansi brought provision and other things rs 6, 260.For that they gave gift voucher of 500 rupees for next purchase . Again i went on 12.8 .2015 and purchased for 2664 and gave the gift voucher to them to get discount of rs 500 they said the time limit is for one month. But in the terms and conditions, condition no 3 it is written validity period is up to 3 months from the date of issue and the same shall not extended under any circumstance. Why it is so.I need justice it is not a matter of 500 rupees but how the big company play with common people .
