[Resolved]  Vishal Mega Mart — no action taken towards defective induction cooker replacement

Sir, With due respect, i purchase an induction cooker on June 04, 2013 from Vishal mega mart, near Madhubani park, Moradabad & no guarantee/warranty card was given by them. On December 28, 2013 that induction was found deffective due to which it stopped working properly. So applicant went to V-Mart Madhubani Moradabad but they were totally refused to provide any type of help to the applicant, copy of related documents are attached as Annexure 1, 2 & 3. With the hope that you will do the beneficial in this regard so that i can overcome from this problem. Otherwise the applicant will bound to filled his application in consumer court.
