[Resolved]  Vishwanath Gas Agency Bangalore — non supply of refill after 35 days of booking

Dear Sir, I am sukhesh bearing gas consumer no.-CX3650222, booked my gas on[protected] with booking no. 880492. Gas is not yet delivered till today. I contacted Vishwanath gas agency on this regards, they tell that the IOCL made rule that gas can be delivered after 25 days of booking. I personally enquired in IOCL head office bangalore as well as bombay, IOCL clearly says there is no such rule made. I am facing this gas supply issue from last one year after i shifted my gas connection from SARDHANA enterprises to Vishwanath gas agency. i was a customer of SARDHANA enterprise previously. SARDHANA enterprise use to deliver the gas max by a week from the date of booking. Whenever i ask the reason for delay in delivery, Vishwanath gas agency always have one or the reason. I didn't get my gas delivery on time from past one year even though i have not crossed my gas limit(which is 12/year). I booked only 8 gas cylinders till today. though i am within a limit Vishwanath gas agency is not supplying the gas properly. Its been 33days, since the gas is not delivered please help me out in this regards & make sure it should not repeat in future.
