I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have been experiencing with the EDDTS application portal. I have been unable to open the downloadable transcript file from the portal.

I have tried multiple times to download and open the file, but each attempt has been unsuccessful. When I tried to open the issue, it gave an error stating the format was wrong. I have attached the same for your reference. This issue has caused...

I had applied for university transcripts for WES on[protected]. Next day I receive a call stating that documents were not clear and had to be resubmitted.
I resubmitted the documents to [protected]@vtu.ac.in on[protected] .
I received a call on[protected] to resubmit the documents to [protected]@vtu.ac.in and I did the same. There was no response from VTU.
Today I receive a call again from VTU stating that I have not submitted the documents...
