Viveks — AC problem not rectified. | |||
I had purchased an Panasonic 1.5 ton Inverter AC from Viveks Mega Expo-Chennai in April-2015. Less than a months time, the AC malfunctioned & was diagnosed by technician next day, stating that the board from the outdoor unit was faulty. I was told that new part will be replaced within a weeks time. Its now over a month, since the AC stopped functioning, But, until now I have not received valid response from Viveks consumer care. They keep telling that the part is yet to come from Panasonic. Was this information helpful? | |||

Same story for my samsung AC. They keep on updating that it is pending approval from Samsung, but Samsung person says no approval is pending. I dont know what to do now. Worst experience..
