[Resolved]  Viveks — total waste of money and time

Hi.. Last year I purchased AC from VIVEKS and after 1 year I put AMC. Yesterday I received call from VIVEKS for general service. Up to their service person attend my AC, it was working fine with good cooling. But after finished the general service, that VIVEK technician told gas leakage is there in AC so tomorrow(22.04.2014) they will come and collect the Compressor unit and fill the gas with free of cost. That technician name is V.VIGNESH (Mob: [protected]). But today i received a call from VIVEKS service centre, Mylapore. They told VIVEKS will charge Rs.2, 475/- for gas filling. I complained up to Manager, but no proper response. So kindly avoid shopping from VIVEKS & don't put any AMC from it. It's totally waste of money & time. and it is my kind advice.
