[Resolved] Vivid Infotech — Refund not processed as promised. This company is a ripoff.

I was contacted many times by Denesh Kumar wanting me to outsource my website project. After many months I agreed and was charged $1400 US for redoing my website at www.orbitskate.net. The project was never finished, didn't work properly, and after months of frustration asked for half my money back. They agreed and as of 12/10/13 still didn't have my refund. On 12/9/14 I received this email from Mr. Kumar: Hi Sandra, We are already in the process of sending you the Money. It is not like that we will not send it. Give me few days to complete our refund process with our accounts to send it to you since this is the first time in our business we are facing these kind of situation to make the refund. Vinfotech's response we have completed this web project and delivered the source code to her and upon deliverables, she made the payment. This is our agreement. Please fins below the details of this client. Good morning Mubarak - the site is almost there, at the bottom in the footer please add margin padding so the All rights reserved isn't up against the side. The inline skate on the Old Rinks email box must be a regular roller skate. These people don't skate on inlines that visit that page. Front page, the box that has a yellow image of a inline in the air, needs a different image please. Logo is fine to go there actually and I'm attaching it to this email. Please give me instructions on how to change the font sizes, I'm assuming it's all in the .css template file I see when I look at the template. The fonts on the Old Rinks site are still strange and I can work on that after the site goes live. Send me an invoice for the balance.
