[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — I want Vivo v3 Replacement or Refund

I purchased this product from Aligarh Uttar pardesh and got problem in just 3 Months. They want to replace my pcb or motherboard which is definitely gonna be Refurbished. Phone is almost dead. I need replacement or Refund. I contacted them for the same and they are not giving me refund or replacement.
Phone is having these problems :-
1- Heating
2- 3.5 mm jack is not working
3- Battery draining fast
4- Proximity sensor is not working.
5- Call drop.
6- Internt is not working
Help me.

I hv bought vivo v9 and getting a issue from the 8 day o[censored]se ...the mobile get too much hot aftr use of 5 to 7 min and also heat aftr a call of 10 min ..a vivo v9 cost 22000 ...when i called castomer care they told to go service centre

what the ### is making vivo with the customer
...it is very unfortunate that a mobile of 22000 after use of 8 days they told to go service centre...worst experience...and i will never buy any vivo mobile in the next 14 generation...### ...ð¡ð¡
