I was offered 12000 as 2 month experience
For next 3 years I was not given any appraisal
I closed more than 65 positions in these 3 years, still they never gave me hike
Everytime they would say next year they will give but no hike was given
Lot of people are there so they hike only to their favorite people, no reward for hardwork
Finally I gave up and joined Mafoi where they gave me 22000
Guys there is no growth in VLS Consultancy
The owner Lakshmikanth is money minded, he is not bothered about giving good training or about your career, don't join VLS
