[Resolved]  VMC Developers — Project Vridavan Garden not giving Clear information & do not Receving Phone

I myself Mr. Devidas kumavat from Nasik I Had booked 2 No of plots in Shahpur in Vridavan garden on Installment Basis, Booking amount Rs 30000/-& Rs 2000/-per monthly installment Marketing Executives Mr Vaibhav Pawar Mo.[protected] talk very sweetly while booking time after sometime, called so many times After 2 months their phone were Out of Service not revising phone ask to other their marketing Executives ( Mr. Kishor kadam Mo. [protected], Mangesh Dere Mo. [protected] Rupesh Mo. [protected] Ramesh pawar [protected] etc) after some days these all Executive phone were barred. They were saying they cannot afford phone bills company not providing bills, Company not yet given our Commission of plot sale so our mobile phones are barred its is Sam that company like VMC Developers They cannot afford marketing Executive phone call charges & Commission Charges than how they can Provide us to Customer plot after paying full installment so I stopped my rest of installment & what is Grantee & Warrantee that VMC will provide me plot after paying all installment, so I am Cancelling my plot booking Marketing Executive is Representative Between Customer & Company, If Marketing Executive are Not reachable & Available, then how Company is trust able in Market

This is about the 3 plots apiece purchased by Anupama Amitabh Roy (Customer code: PC-VMC[protected] in Vrindavan Garden. Please can I get confirmation of delivery of the same in DEC 2020 or JAN 2021?
I had visited their office a year back and here are the details
Today I had occasion to visit the office of VMC developers and got some clarifications on our investments in Shahpur’s VRINDAVAN GARDENS project in 2013.
I enquired about the non-delivery of the 3 plots apiece purchased by Anupama Amitabh Roy (Customer code: PC-VMC[protected] and RAHIL RAJA (customer code: PC-VMC[protected]
Both parties had identically invested Rs. 1, 50, 000/- and acquired 3 plots apiece admeasuring 1076 sq. feet each.
The following points were revealed to me by Mr. Jude Rozario([protected])
VMC developers are invested in 3 ongoing projects in Shahpur-VIHANG CITY (2011), VISHAMBHAR LAWN (2013) and VRINDAVAN GARDEN (2013)
• All these projects were delayed since demonetization and GST kicked in midway and created hurdles for their timely delivery. As a result Jude told me that all 3 projects will become NA approved by 2020 and delivered for sure.
• He said that the company had also faced some court cases filed by disgruntled investors and that the court had ordered delivery by December 2020 at all cost in one such case. The company had therefore decided to deliver all 3 in that deadline.
• I asked whether environment clearances were in place for our plots in Vrindavan Garden and he said there were no hurdles at all and all clearances had been obtained. Hence, the 2020 NA plan would go through without hitch.
• Jude told me that we would be required to make payment of Rs. 25, 000/- per plot for the purpose of demarcation, poles surrounding the areas purchased by us, name plates, water supply, electricity connections, meter and transformer. There was no compulsion to pay right now as such and we could pay later also but if and when we pay we will get a legal assurance letter of delivery on the plots in December 2020 from the company.
• He confirmed that our payments were full and final and as paid up customers we will get first priority on choice of area and delivery once the NA is obtained and the plan is ready for distribution to all the buyers. The project is sold out.
• As of today, the rate of NA plots in Shahpur stands at Rs. 450 per sq feet. It was 425 per square feet last year so the appreciation is happening. It is expected to increase further by 2020 when we get the plots.
• SAMRUDDHA MAHAMARG is a national highway road project currently underway. This will offer road connectivity from Shahpur which will be the main circle from where road travel will be possible to Nagpur, Nashik, Pune and Ahmedabad. This will hugely increase the cost of property in Shahpur.
• By present [protected]@450/ sq. ft. the value of plots which we have purchased (1076x3= 3228 sq. ft.) if NA approved, would be worth 14, 52, 600/- Rs 14 Lakhs Fifty Two Thousand and Six hundred.
