When u call the number u see on the ad they will ask u to go to raksha tower, arumbakkam. There you can see that they have rented an auditorium to conduct the recruitment process. No office nothing. They say they have an office elsewhere but they don't have one. Here's how they say this process works. You post ads for VMI (They say its a German company but it is not a real company) and you will get paid based on the number of persons joining this ad chain company seeing your ad. They also promise you a job in this German company when it launches in India next year. And here comes the jackpot.
You have to pay Rs. 9000 to be a part of this ad chain. They say this money is to maintain your info and salary details in their database. Has anyone ever heard of a company asking their employees to pay for keeping their info in their database?
That's how they make money. An ad is posted inviting development officers. Those who pay Rs. 9000 will be hired and they in turn will post the same ads for VMI. Seeing the ads more people join and they too does the same thing. Posting ads for VMI part time/ full time jobs. This goes on like a chain and it is obvious that this is a scam.
