[Resolved]  Vodafone — Activating the plan without asking and not deactivating it and giving over bill every month.

It is the second month that they had made too much bill amount. last month they had started 2 plans of 199 2g pack and 250 3g pack on my number. which I had told them to deactivate several times by calling them. after deactivation also i had to pay the bill for the plans which i never used or activated. Now again this month(December) they given me a bill of Rs 1234. which is not acceptable. once I called them they they said we have added rs 823 by mistake which will be assorted soon. but on the next day they have stopped the outgoing calls of the number and said you will have to pay 800/- to start your number. This number is also connected with my credit card. I called my credit card company to stop their payment. but they had done the payment earlier. now i am in a loss of almost 850 by this bogus company.
