I recharged of BC 201. Suddenly my incoming calls got barred and my account balance got deducted... When I call 198 I got informed that BC 201 doesn't work if gets recharged online. My only question is that after being done the recharge of BC 201 in the month of September how could my services get stopped suddenly whereas when I recharged online BC 201 in the month of March went ahead successfully???? Regarding my services got stopped I didn't get any message as well . Now my balance is in negative as per agent's I called in 199. Whereas I am completely aware that 198 is free and 199 is chargeable. I have the prove with me that I called 198 in my call register with call duration. I want an answer.
