Vodafone — Biscoot service | |||||
Hello My mobile no is [protected], post paid connection with Vodafone, New delhi NCR region. Last week I recd a message stating a new service in name of " biscoot services " has been activated on my number & rs 45 will be deducted on monthly basis. I never activated this service .. I want my money refunded . its not been for the first time such deductions have been made by Vodafone . I was my biggest mistake to port to Vodafone from other service provider which I regret till date considering charges & services provided by Vodafone are much on lower end compared to other service providers in my region . I beg to the Vodafone team to pls look into the matter and refund my money back on urgent basis . Looking fwd to hearing from Vodafone.. Same happened with me. On Oct 02, 2015, i top upped with Rs 50, after 10 minutes vodafone deducted Rs 30 for any SCOOTER STORE service...company blaming that service is activated by you...I am going to say BYE-BYE to VODAFONE and neither use it in entire life nor recommend it to any one...BYE-BYE VODAFONE ...and of course my no is [protected]
