Vodafone — Broad Bill being sent by Vodafone to me even after cancellation mail sent in March 2015 | |||||
Hi, Mobile # [protected] Account #59980244 I made several complaints but was ignored by Vodafone customer care and Internet was not at all getting connected for over 25 days despite reminding and calling as the same was used for office purpose and we could not stop our work and lose our customer due to this problem, Hence i have discontinued using Dongle, i have request you to disconnect the connection through my mail sent on March 24, 2015and also since i have not used internet there should not be any dues too. It is Gross injustice on you part to demand for payment when i have not used . But i see every month bills is sent adding around Rs.6000. Pleasehelp me in closing this issue.
