Vodafone — changed my internet plan without my permission

Hello sir/madam it is stated that my number is [protected].i have started a 2g unlimited 199 plan but after 3 or 4 day I got massage that my 2g unlimited 199 plan is deactivated and they started new 2g 98 plan for 2gb.i want to ask you why they changed my plan without my permission i m so much annoyed by your services.i talked to customer care okhla there i talked to gurmeet.he talked very roughly and he dont have any answer of my queries.pls look into my matter urgently.
