Vodafone — Charged extra for usage not done | |||
Hello My name is Indira and my num is [protected] I am using this number for almost three years I had no issues previously but for past few months I have issues with the bills.I am being charged extra for data usage which I never exceeded I always use my Vodafone app in my mobile and dial *111# to check my aavailable data balance I have never exceeded but this month and last month I was charged extra for data usage and when I wrote to complaints they said everything is computerized this that.. When I never exceeded my data how your computer says I exceeded its the same computer that says I have data available and also in app it shows I have data balance how come when it comes to billing you charge extra saying that I exceeded. I know even now I will get the same response this a computerized bill thi that. I have track of all my data usage . Charging for usage which was not done and saying you used we charged accordingly is not a proper answer. I never exceeded my data but still you charge and you will continue to charge with fake bills hence if I don't get a proper answer my next step will be switching to a better loyal network provider .
