Vodafone — Conversion from postpaid to prepaid (after clearing all dues)

Dear Sir / Madam (Request you to read the mail properly before replying) Subject: [protected] Converted from Post paid to Pre paid (AFTER CLEARING ALL THE DUES) I have converted the said vodafone mobile no. [protected] from postpaid to prepaid after clearing all the dues and yet I am getting mails from some Legal Team saying that the amount is due... Please confirm from your side if the amount is due or not. The vodafone store in Electronic City has given me the new Prepaid SIM only after clearing all the dues pertaining to the postpaid connection. Some time back i had written to you & mary from Vodafone has replied that there is nothing pending. If the amount was due why wasn't I contacted immediately Would you please communicate to the concerned team not to send the harassment mails repeatedly, I tried to talk to them but they don't respond well. The below is the proof from Mary's mail that nothing is pending from [protected] "And would like to inform you that there is no outstanding amount on [protected] postpaid account."
