Vodafone — Deduction of balance without authority | |||
Dear sir, I m dr narpat singh using vodafone no. [protected], on 26th april 2106 company deduct 150/- rupees from my prepaid balance. When today i call customer care they told that you activate some scheme. But i can't understand. When i asked for refund, executive reply it is possible with 24 hrs only. I m leaving in nana chiloda, naroda rd, ahmedabad. we have very disapointment from vodafone for their poor network connection till last 6 months. we have complaint for that to many times but there is no response by company. so pls take action soon as possible by you...
