Vodafone — From last one month my sim is not converted from postpaid into prepaid

Address:Anantnag, Jammu and Kashmir, 192101

SIR I have requested to convert a postpaid sim into prepaid on 01.10.2015 and have completed all requisite formalities. But till date the sim is not converted into prepaid. I have visited so many times to the Vodafone store, but no one is listening to my complaint. Please help me in this regard as I have already lost a lot of time. WITH REGARDS
