Vodafone — Harassment for bill payment | |||
hi I have 3 corporate connection of Vodafone. In the last month billing, i found that they have charged extra amount on all three numbers & so i contacted them for the correction. on one of the connection [protected], they have charged 2600 which when i spoke at the customer care, they said they will be waiving it off & for the confirmation they have e-mailed to me with the description of the bill & the waived amount. Now, after seeing the email from Vodafone, i had paid the amount what was mentioned in the bill to be paid.the services have still not been activated on the same number & having requesting at the 199 number several times no one helped. My complaint is that when i have waive off email from Vodafone & i have paid the balance amount mentioned in the email, why the services have not been activated and y am i getting the harassment calls from the VODAFONE COLLECTION AGENCY 10 times a day wherein i explain the same situation to them but have not got any resolution. Could you please look into the matter & help me? so that Vodafone should stop mentally torturing and embarrassing people. My complaint number at the Vodafone is [protected]. Is there a way to contact the top bureaucrats of vodafone? They are really causing a lot of problems to a lot of customers.
