[Resolved] Vodafone India — 2g plan validity | |||
In Bangalore use to get 2g pack with 30 days validity.. But now there is no 30 days pack only 28 day pack is available. In 3G you are offering 30 days pack. This is cheating as in Bangalore the 3G connectivity is very bad and slower than 2g it drains my mobile battery. You are forcing the customer to switch to 3G even when u know u have a bad service in the region this is unfair practice. Will have to port my number to other operator if this continues for long.
