Vodafone India — 3G data exhausted due to wrong recharge | |||
Dear sir, My name is Bikash Roy, mobile no. [protected].I recharge 3G data @147 for 28 days as special offer.After 1 week the retailer accidentally recharge 250 MB @52 for 1 week in my number.So my 3G data exhausted and 2g data activated.After end of 2g data pack 3g not restarted. My question is why is it possible?If this is the company rules then anyone can intentionally harm for any person by only 25 mb @5.
