I had recharged online with Rs. 251-3G Internet Pack 1 GB valid for 28 days (which was activated) and then 5 minutes later I had also recharged with Rs 16 STD pack with call rate 30paise/min valid for 15 days. But instead of activating the STD pack, they activated some other Internet pack worth Rs 16 - 2G 80 MB data valid for 2 days and deactivated the 3G Internet pack which I had activated few minutes back. When I called on the complaint number 198, they told me they don't offer any STD pack worth Rs. 16 and I had opted for the Internet pack worth Rs. 16. But I had got the offer for Rs.16 STD pack exclusively for my number. I had entered my number and generated a OTP through the Vodafone website (this option to generate OTP pops up once the mobile number is entered in the Recharge Online segment). They had sent me a OTP which I had entered and got the offer for Rs. 16 STD pack with call rate 30 paise/min valid for 15 days. As a result of the activation of the 2G Internet pack (which I did not opt for), the 3G Internet pack worth Rs 251 is deactivated and also i did not receive any STD pack benefit. Also, now when I am trying to call them on 198 to register the complaint, it seems they have blocked my number because since 2 days I am trying but I am unable to connect to them.
The proof that I am attaching shows that I got the offer for Rs. 16 STD pack for my number.
