Vodafone India — [protected] ADDERSS NOT CHANGED DESPITE VISIT TWICE AT THE STORE | |||
Dear Service Provider, Greetings, I am felling very much aggrevied by the services and the treatment which your company is giving to the customer. I am a very Old customer of the COmapny more than 8 years when the organization was working in the name of Hutch. Today I have visited the Vodafone Store at Amhinsa Circle, C- Scheme, Jaipur for changing my address in the record of the comapny on the suggestions of your Customer Care. As a proof of Address submitted ICICI Bank Account Statement which is a scheduled bank but same was not entertained and address was not being changed though. It is very much disappoining to hear that they also does not have any complaint book on there store to register the complaint. This is a defeciency in the services on your part and it should be resolved immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
