Vodafone India — Activation Problem | |||
Dear Sir, I brought a new prepaid Connection at 14.03.15 in Our Company Name.The mobile number is [protected]. So i console with vodafone store in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. They have to provide Our Company RC details and letter head, My id Proof. I submit the all proof what they are said. The sim is activated today only.The problem is its not activated in my company name. Its activate in my driving licence proof. I am asking the customer care executive many time today. But they did not give proper response. I need to activate the sim in my company name only. I am asking to him i[censored] not activate in my company name please return my RC details and letter head. But he told i don't know where it is. I am totally disappointing with your service. I need sim is activated in our company name or else please return the My Company RC details and Letter Head.
