[Resolved] Vodafone India — Amount deducted for unwanted service | |||
I have received a message saying, 'Biscoot Store pack is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 15 days rental of Rs.45 has been deducted.' I have aked for deactivation. However i want refund for the same ASAP. This is not expected from such a good service provider that any service charges are deducted without request or pre-confirmation. Quick & positive response is appreciated!
