Dear Sir, I am constrained to inform you that I made a recharge of Rs.444 by net banking with Ref No. BSBI[protected]IG00QVRTX7 TRANSFER TO[protected] and date and narration 27-Feb[protected]Feb-2015) TO TRANSFER INB Vodafone VODAFONE Payments, but unfortunately I received a recharge value of INR 222.00 at the same date caring trns ID- KO [protected]. After making repeated calls to your customer care executives, they were below par helpful to my grievance. I shall be highly obliged if you resolve the issue at your earliest.
