Vodafone India — Applying Dowload charges every month even though data pack is active | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I want to register complain against Vodafone AP regions post-paid extra bill charges for my mobile no [protected]. In every month bill cycle I am getting 99 Rs. Extra charged for downloading. As per their bill cycle I am already paying for 3G/2G data plan but although they are charging 99 Rs with different explanation every time I have tried to contact them through customer care, mail and Vodafone store. But none of them is explaining it properly and telling me that you have to pay this bill.First time they have charged by 99 rs for short format download!!( They also don't know what's that). next month they are charging with another 99rs for other scheme.Recenty they have applied 99 Rs downloading charge in my January month bill generated on 26th January. please take action on them.
