Vodafone India — Asking to pay advance money without generation of bill. blocked my service because of credit limit.

I just got vodafone plan of rs 399/- . My Mobile number is [protected]. They gave me 1GB free 3G internet. and by default they set my credit limit to 1500rs. I used 1GB of my data. Vodafone blocked my outgoing service. I called customer care. Executive told me u have used 4300Rs/- of services. which are greater than by my default credit limit. I again asked give me the details about usage of 4300Rs/- service. They gave me so much funny answer, that in vodafone if you use 1GB internet then we count it as a 4300Rs and when your bill will get generate we will give a discount of 1GB as of your plan. It is obvious that if you use your 1GB free 3G data then they will count it as a 4300Rs/-. My question to vodafone is that if you are knowing that 1GB will be 4300Rs/- as per your calculation so why you set my credit limit to 1500Rs/-? It is obvious that anybody who use their service will cross the default credit limit. once again I called to customer care to resolve this issue and start my service again. So they are saying that you need to make an advance payment of 2500Rs/-. Now give me an answer that why should i pay in advance without generation of my bill? or you think that consumers are such a fool person? another funny answer they are giving that you just sms IL and send to 199. after that your service will get resume. Now tell me how can I send this sms if you have barred my all outgoing services? I guess by advance payment from a consumer you want to earn interest of their money. I need a solution as fast as possible you have blocked my outgoing. Else I will spread this on every social sites.

You can call me from 9am to 10pm in weekends
No solution for the problem. All executives are making different stories. One of the executive is saying you have to pay on pro data rates for first week. As you are a new customer and you will not get 1GB internet instead of that I can use 250mb 3G data and rest of the data of 1gb will be charged as a pro data rates. Now tell why you didn't told me these things while giving me a plan. At selling time you said I will get 1gb 3g and now you are saying I need to pay 3600rs for pro data rates.
Also when I asked to tele executive why you didn't told me about that pro data rates while giving a plan to me . he replied that you didn't asked. What a way to handle a customer.

Paid aprrox 600 rs in advance still my outgoing is not started . Waiting for call from customer care.
Started services for 2-3 hours and again stopped.
Vodafone is starting services for 2-3 hours after complaining and again barring services. I don't think you are professional. You don't respect your customers
