Hi, I did a Vodafone mobile Recharge (Rs. 200) for Bihar circle. This recharge was done through a third party Recharge site and I received the balance. The phone will be shared after your concern. After a day my Balance suddenly reached to Rs. 2, after contacting CC they said no recharge was done on the date. They ask me to confirm if the Recharge was done successful. I did recharge of 300 on 6th August, But amount has not showing in my account, I called to customer they said either balance or money will be reverse in a week, After a week when i talked to customer care they lodge a request and said, it will revert in next 48 hrs, since then i m following up and then i got mail said i need to visit vodafone centre with bank statement which shows amount deduction. i provided at vodafone center Mehdipatnam Hyderabad, But still amount has not reversed, store guy saying it will come, but don't know how much may take, Request you to provide the guidance on this....

Hello Sir, This is the 6th Day of Banned of Internet in Gujarat (26th Aug. 2015), Due to this I could not use my Data on time as I am post paid user, Vodafone should carry forward remaining data into my next billing cycle. This is the situation where frequently Banned is happens on Mobile Internet and in many cases it is more than 3 days, so in this type of situation, company should either provide more validity for the how many days it was Banned. However it was the order by Gov. to Banned on Internet but yet, Mobile service Provider has rights to Extend the Validity OR Carry Forward data. Waiting...

Vodafone - Wrongly balance deducted

I have 3G data plan till midnight of 30/8 I using that and then they deducted my main balance rs 57 at 11:55 pm but till the midnight i have 112 mb remaining in my data balance. I have also checked the data balance at 11:58 pm and it also showing me the 112mb is remaining in my account i have also taken the snapshot of that balance check message. So the matter is when i have 112 mb rest in my account how they deduct the main balance. I want refund of that amount....

I've made a complain on 15th June from my Vodafone number stating that "I am getting very poor voice and data network at my residence. I am paying high rental amount and also paying 3G charges but I am not able to get even 2G speed. their call centre executive told me last week that they will solve my problem in one week. I Have Two Postpaid Plan from Vodafone Celluar Services (8658263670 and 9853763338). In the month of July 2015 i have relocated my self from Odisha to Malda in West Bengal. I have applied for mobile number portability from Tata Docomo to Vodafone. Yesterday(28/08/2015) I got a message that my number (9986247317) has been activated in vodafone. I checked and found that my Tata Docomo sim is deactivated but vodafone sim is not working. I called the customer care and informed them and they replied that my details are updating in system will be activated soon. but till now my vodafone sim is not activated (Now time is 7.20 pm on 29/08/2015). I don't know what kind of service is providing by Vodafone. I mistakenly ported my number to Vodafone. This is the worst service...

These netwrk providers get so much money frm us people. But still they cannot provide us a better and satisfactory service. Guwahati being a city, it must get a full network coverage in each and every corner. But it is so difficult to a mere 2g network in most of the important places. Really Vodafone atlest give us a gud network. Very unhappy with yr service...

I have had bitter experiences with these Glamour packs.Rs.90 deducted for no reason(mobile # 9047954865). Customer care guy says that i clicked on some ad while browsing and its solely my mistake and money can't be refunded.This is so absurd.They don't have any details on which ad i clicked and from which website.Neither did i receive any confirmation request before deducting money . Another customer care support guy went on to add that it is a third party service and vodafone has no control over it.
