Vodafone just dedicated rs 149 out of my balance today citing download charges .. I can't figure out what I have downloaded. This fraudulent practice must stop. This has happened before too . You should either reverse the charge .. Or give clear details .. I no longer wish to continue with a fraud network....

Hi Admin, I need to log complain against Vodafone India. Regarding their poor service in south west delhi region. I stay in Munirka, South West Delhi. I own 2 vodafone postpaid numbers since 2005. On one I have 1599 monthly Rental pack and on other I have corporate connection. i have complained to vodafone regarding this several times. But every time they have same answer, like if they are taught what exactly to speak for these kinds of situtations. they don't even miss a word. Very well rehearesed. Hi, I want to register a complaint about the data plan that I am using. I asked for 3g but it sometimes give 2g and sometimes give 3 g. and the speed of 3G is very disgusting. I have registered this complaint earlier also but again facing the problem and you guys are saying to pay the bill. why should I pay the bill when I am not getting that bloody service. it's been 2 days only after my bill generation and I have consumed 270 mb data . it's impossible because I kept my data pack off. i had recharged Internet pack on 16 April 2015 around 11:52 AM with 147 (500MB+500MB) and get 500MB data upfront and next 500 MB data in 4 hours but i got only 500MB data.i called many times to customer care but did not get any resolulation. please look into this. MY No-9999218847...

I m using postpaid number 9719777830 (UP) .I had taken an youth plan which gives 1 GB of free data along with other facilities.In this current bill cycle I have utilised 1215 MB, yesterday I got a call from vodafone to close my data as i was being charged .I understood that I might have been charged beyond 1 GB .But surprisingly the customer care representative told me that the plan which I am using is changed and the data which is now provided is 500 MB instead of 1 GB . He further told me that i have to pay for all the extra that i have consumed. It is unethical and illogical on part of vodafone...

I'm sure they do not have any communication in the form of text/call/email from me asking them to activate such a service. This is annoying and also consuming my reporting about it. I recharged with 650 but it comes with 2G network .I tried to call complaints (198) but they are not responding. If anytime i want to recharge with 3G it comes with 2G .i will go another network with the port.if they are not respond to my comPlaint....

I am using 3G data plan on 9059051742779 but suddenly I got a message at 9:49PM 16-APR-2015 from DM-MYDALA. Then I checked my balance had been deducted by Rs228 (99+99+30). I didn’t activate it either by USSD or SMS. I called the Vodafone customer care. But they told I had activated from my end. They told I might have activated it by clicking any AD pop-up while browsing internet. I don’t remember if had clicked any pop-up ad in internet by mistake. But how come they deduct my balance without my concern. This is exploitation of consumers by MYDALA and VODAFONE. Please refund my talktime...

Dear Sir, I was changed from prepaid to post paid and when the agent called me she gave me many options for the changes but there was no changes made with my vodafone, I requested many times to increase the credit limit..but always they give a wrong commitment... I use a lot of usage on my mobile..I would like to deactive this connection and they people will not help me to deactivate the connection...
