Vodafone India - Pathetic Internet Service from last 3 weeks

I am using this Vodafone number since last 9 years(9823866608). Since last 3 weeks i am not able to use 3G in areas where at least i was able to use earlier. Instead of increasing their Access limits they have somehow decreased i guess. I work in hinjewadi phase 2 @ Synechron and i Stay at Pashan Sus Road. I Spend most of my time daily in these 2 areas but i am facing this issue which making me switch to different service provider. It's not just me but all my friends using Vodafone have observed this weird behaviour. Please act ASAP or will surely lose some esteemed users....

Vodafone India - Unauthorized Deduction for Downloads

My number is 9884480827. Last month bill (June 22, 2014) had a charge of Rs.144 for downloading hello1tvallsouth (Rs.30), animationdownload (Rs.15) and dealsmydala99 (Rs.99). This month bill (July 21, 2014) has a charge of Rs.30 for mobilartvaluepack. I never downloaded these craps. This is unauthorized fraudulent deduction. I have been using Vodafone for the last 9 years. This is the first time I have seen such a poor service from Vodafone. Need REFUND. Vodafone called me a couple of days to inform that I downloaded these which is completely false. They said they have escalated and will get back...

Vodafone - Disabled the service without notification

Hi, My vodafone service got disabled from past three days without any notification. I am at Bangalore and I had asked the customer care guy to enable Roaming. Looks like that guy misunderstood and disabled the SIM. When I visited Vodafone customercare at Bellandur, they are saying Hutch SIM cards are having the problem of not registering with the Vodafone network which is strange. Hi I am Ganesh Bansode and I have Vodafone postpaid card 9923759393 for which from last three days I am trying to activate 3G service but no any activation completed. I called 10-15 times on 198 and each time they said will activate within 24 hours but yet I am waiting for activation. Can you advice and take action immediately. RespectedSir, Madam I have received the below email from one of High courts advocate to make paymentsto Vodafone against my old Vodafone connection and with an intimation of legalactions around it. Vodafonehas disconnected my number to inactive state in May 2014 without any intimationor request and were levying charges for activating my number again. I have asked them to provide details for disconnection to which no body hasreplied till date, and I did assure the call centre people that I will makepayments only post I get the documents or request for disconnection of mynumber. I Did a top up for 333rs as it is a full talk time given by vodafone. I had done through online for the amount 333. It was not showing on the main balance. I am not able to send message or browse ( even though i got 900MB balance) I need the pending amount to be transferred in main balance . Kindly transfer my amount in main balance. Recently vodafone has deducted Rs 49 from my vodafone account balance for downloading "DWAP_WAL_0049_PPU_FUT00130". But I did not download any such item from any internet site. I logged a complain through consumercomplain.in for refunding deducted account balance. Just after few minutes of sending the complain someone (I don't know who he was) contacted me from mobile no 7250906010. He told me that I would get the deducted balance through ATM. I am using Vodafone browsing plan @rs650 and my no. Is 9582221902 for my iPad since December -13, as I had to relocate requested vodafone customer care care to close the plan /no. in June. It was told that next billing cycle has been generated now u can close it next month, fair enough, I called again in July to close the number which was agreed upon, just to remind the same again called on 18th July to close the plan after 18th my browsing was disconnected, then to my surprise on 24th browsing has automatically started again and on calling the customer care I was told that number has not be closed...

I have recharged booster of Rs.27 on 20th July then I was charged Rs.1 rupee for each message.I called up customer care they promised me that issue will be solved on 23rd July but no action was taken against my issue. They people are just sitting to attend customer care they are not taking any problem action they are also not agreeing to refund my money. They are worthless to provide services to the customer. I don`t think my issue is that much critical to solve......

I m using my current Vodafone number from years. And from past few months I have been charged for some animation or other downloads which I never made. I can understand if I have done this by mistake once in a month or twice.. But how the hell is this possible that I m doing it every month. I mean that's totally bullshit. I have not activated any animation or other stuff and it's increasing day by day.. 1st when i asked the Vodafone customer representative he/she says that it will get adjusted in the end of the month and later they put that thing in my bill by saying that you have made a download.....

Hi, I had a vodafone postpaid connection (9884896266), When i wanted to travel outside India for few months I went to the store and requested to convert that number to pre-paid, and he suggested to take safe-custody which i can pay one time money (~ 400 to 450), then once i'm back i can get the same number. But when i'm back, they told the connection has been closed and i have to take a new connection only. then i got the new connection with same number with my corporate plan (299) and i got the confirmation of detailed plan charges through Email as well. I had Internet billing plan if of 1 GB pm but I got the billing plan changed to unlimited Internet option which is 650/- PM on July 8, 2014 by walking in one of your service center in ITPL, Whitefield, Bangalore But I have received SMS today that my Internet usage has expired? I'm getting missed call from foreign numbers since last 2 days, but today when i called unknowingly vodafone charged me Rs. 45 for just 4-5 seconds. I accept that i shouldn't have called on that number but my question is that why foreigner will call me repetitively?? and who is benefited ultimately from this entire scene (i.e. malpractice) vodafone only....

My complaint is regarding the "Bard my outgoing". About two months ago i port my number from Idea to Vodafone and they provide me 500 MB Free for starting two months as a new customer . So i use the service as they offer me its free for two months . I use 497 MB and then i close my internet use . After two days what happen they bard my outgoing services because they charge me for that 497 MB use of internet and they giving me the reason because off the use of internet services my credit limit exceed about Rs9**9. Hi, My name is satish Kumar Chikkala. I am currently a vodafone prepaid customer in Chennai circle. I have recharged my number with a bonus card of Rs17 which gives 100MB 2G data with 3 days validity. I have recharged exactly at 11:49 PM on 20th July, 2014. The validity should count till 11:49 PM 23rd July, 2014. But, this was counted till 00:00 hrs on 23rd July 2014. Is this acceptable or did the service provider mention it on the website? Nothing is mentioned as such. Moreover, when i spoke to the customer care guy, that bugger is speaking so rash and asking me to file a complaint if i can....
