I had purchased dongal on 25th july 2014 from vodafone store tilak nagar.I had taken a plan of 650 Rs for 3 months and 3 gb a month free. i was told by the associate that i can get the plan changed on 25th October to a 1 gb plan. i visited the store today on 25th oct and the store emoloyees are so rude. i approached Saurabh the associate and he was really unprofessional and rude how can vodafone recruit such people who are not ready to help. I was told that my monthly cycle starts from 19th of the month so i have to pay the amount 650 for the next month again. This is absoultely fraud and cheting...

1.above number was working as post paid number with customer for more then two years. 2.number was official number so was converted to pre paid on 20 oct 2014.with all documents. 3. before closing the post paid account extra amount of Rs463.08 was charged without any reasons, secondly after converting the same number from post paid to pre paid without any call the number was deactivated from 25 0ct and kolkata india park street branch, wasted minimum six hours and two trip without giving back the form already filled and telling us to fill the new form 4. under signed is the serving army officer...

I had a CUG vodafone post paid copnection 3yrs ago and I was not ok with the Billing issues since begging.But when I finally decided to migrate from Post paid to pre-paid then all the Trouble started. And the complaint is # 1715554560. They are just making me false promised the it will be done in next 48hours which had not happened yet. BackEnd say they called me to take confirmation Which is totally FALSE. And what confirmation they need when I said I don't want your post paid service and purchased a New Pre-paid SIM Card for what ?. Shame on Vodafone once a customer buys a Pre-pai SIM and again...

Last time just before the Dussehra, my 1GB 3G data got consumed withing only 5 days, while I used on whatsapp, not even FaceBook ( as I am not in it ). I want to bring to your notice that, there is no Message offer on 23rd October, Though the CAP of 100msgs/mobile/day is existing. Moreover I also need also asked customer care on this. I asked them to add one day extra for My message offer, they said they can't do any of both. Why this is happening.. As customers we loose one day of our offer. This is not Correct right?...

I am having a vodafone no. 9873314902 . And I am facing a problem with this sim. I recently used this no. For roaming. I activated roaming pack of rs 32 . still Balance has been deducted from My sim. I again activated rs.5 roaming pack Two times. Still balance has been deducted. I am thinking of moving this issue to consumer Court.. And vodafone is providing a low standard Service. And it is cheating with people....

my number is 9885665095 & 9703593999, i got a call for bill payment and the telecaller said kindly pay the bill to us not on vodafone store..i agreed and said to send person but no one have come to me for bill collection and again some other agency after 5 days calls up and say kindly pay bill to us pls dont pay at store...because of this my both number got barred due to non bill payment and after requesting for some waiver...some other person calls and say he has waived 500 on each number...but still no have come to take the amount and 500 is not waived...kindly look this matter and call on...

My son mr sandeep kumar, presently 2nd year student of m. Tech in iit-guwahati (Assam). He is having sumsung mobile phone with dual sim card facility. In which he is having 2 sim cards with
9776426907 of orissa number and 8486695418 of assam number.

During his visit to arunachal pradesh - he lost his mobile. I have contacted vodafone care no - 111 for odisha from 7873822266 of vodafone orissa at around 12.00 noon on 24.10.2014 - miss madhusmita attended the call and resfused to block the orissa no - 9776426907.

hello, my vodafone mob. no. 9158909417 i got deduction of my account balance for no cause from vodafone mobile. when i browse the internet on my phone it automatically redirect to a site and activate the services, then i get charged for rs. 30 sometimes rs 11 like that i have been lost 50 to 100rs in this. and when i call them and register complaint they didnt give me a refund like they dont care. their customer care exicutive dont cooperate with customers nicely. this vodafone company is making a durt in india. they deduct the balance for not giving any service and making billions of dollars....

I have a vodafone postpaid connection 9916828955. In the monthly bill for the period Oct 2014, I am charged Rs.99/- under an item "download". When I called up the customer care, they said a file has been downloaded named hello1_tvalls****** for which Rs.99/- were charged. When I asked them what this file is, they had no idea. They said it could have been a chargeable item which I may have downloaded from a website. However, I did not download anything that was chargeable to my carrier. I have a 3G datapack of 1gb, and my data limit had not exhausted. I am sure they are over-charging me....
