Vodafone India — Postpaid bill... Complaint against vodafone

Hi,

My bill plan is 199 and Vodafone is charging me more than 1300 per month and they are not responding to me when I ever I requested to revise my bill ... I never requested for any value added services and they are activating without my knowledge and including on all the bills... what ever amount we are paying in Vodafone outlets are not adjusting properly ... simply they are taking money and not clearing bills and disconnecting my service . Is Vodafone doing cheating business in all the outlets... now my bill is about 2800 rs.. I have paid all the months bills and not sure how...

I am using Vodafone service from Dec-2013 to till date . i have been paying every month Rs.50/- for Physical bill( Send to Address). But i did't receive any single bill from Vodafone. i spoke to customer service ( executives) /Supervisors / Vodafone stores they are simple replied " your address is not found bill is returned or some one received in the name of sulochana there was nobody in the name sulochana and all my bills like, credit card, bank statements etc. are received same address only vodafone bills were not received. i spoke to vodafone peoples plz refund my amount which ever you are charged...

Vodafone India — Recycling of numbers without notifying the customer

I was using vodafone number for past 2 years and recently moved to united states and was still using the number to get OTP and other incoming messages. I was using it until december 2015, and in Jan I realize that my number has been allotted to a different customer without notifying me by any means. I should have been notified well in advance before taking such an action. This is serious security lapse as all my OTPs, and other personal information would go to a stranger....

Every moth the Vodafone team is charging unnecessary 100 to 200 or more then that in my bill for last couple of month after I ported my number from Hyderabad to Kolkata. Whenever I call the Customer Care they ask me to send an email with the full issue description as this is a corporate connection but they do not reply back with any valid reason of the charge. Please Help....

Vodafone Mumbai — Not disconnecting the phone service permanently

I have requested to stop the service of my postpaid number to Vodafone by email as well as calling to customer care. I mail 5 times to stop and called like 15 times to stop/disconnect the service of my Vodafone number. But they are not stoping the service and continue to send email. They always give differernt reason to not to stop the service. I believe Vodafone is pathetic about stopping service request. They are quick to start the service but they won't want to disconnect the services....

Request for temporary deactivation of internet service was sent @ 0754 hrs. on 21-01-2016, Service stopped immediately. START for activation was sent on 21-01-2016 @ 0830 hrs., @ 1518, @ 1652, @ 2031, @ 2348 and on 22-01-2016 @ 0751, @ 1112, @ 1853 and on 23-01-2016 @ 0926 hrs. IST. On 23-01-2016 @ 1726 I visited Vodafonr store at Powai, Mumbai Token no. 222, Mr. Sankesh attended me, but he could NOT activate my internet services. Sir, this is inform u that I am customer of Vodafone since 2009.Now I am moving to Delhi where I submit for mnp on 30Jan 16.I have deposited Rs850 in January but now I am roaming around Vodafone shakarpur store for Bill statement because mnp has rejected due to payment.ur staff name Reena telling ur mailbox is full so u can't get bill but I have registered mail I'd on 12Jan16 and got message from call centre.now Vodafone mini store tell me that another seven days wait.this is very painful and harassment for me.please do needful.my mob no is 9800865417....

We your valuable customers are now facing this very regularly and no one is there to hear us and can stop and control your customer care executives from providing wrong information and misbehaving with customers by intentionally putting them on long hold without a reason. I hope this mail reach in the proper hands and at least something will be done to avoid this kind of service, which has now a habit of Vodafone customer care executives.

Vodafone India — Deduction of balance and getting bad response from customer care

As from 4th january there is a deduction of 20 rs.
but as i did not download any chargable content from play store.
but there is redution without my permission.
when i called customer care.
i talked with Miss Suresh Rani..she just told we cant refund that amount as we are saying you download that than thats it.
when i asked her to transfer my call to any senior person, after a long wait she said our all senior executives are busy so you can mail us at our mail id etc..

I have mailed many times regarding my transaction and provided all info which was to be provided bt thy dint respond the employee gave assurance of getting refund if not recharged bt have not got the same.

Vodafone India — Cheating in plans and unethical behavior

I am a vodafone customer for the past 7 years and I got an offer to convert my prepaid plan to postpaid.. I was offered 900 mins free, roaming in maharashtra, mumbai and goa, 1 gb 3g internet free for 3 months each and once it gets over then unlimited 2g internet, 100 sms free.

I got a call for plan confirmation and the girl speaking could not even find out where Byculla was and couldnot read my address properly..
she informed me that they already activated an internet plan on my mobile from 4th month onwards and I would have to pay for that, so i clearly informed her that...

Vodafone — Shifting from postpaid to prepaid

We requested to change my father's sim billing option from post paid to prepaid however the staff was not ready to do so in spite of repeated argument.Hence we applied to close our sim.However we don't want to close it but to shift from post paid billing to prepaid billing immediately.
Please do the needful URGENTLY
My father is senior citizen cannot go anywhere without anybody's help...
