Dear sir,
Iam not satisfy with your internet network
Coverage n data packs... Hence, i thought to move to airtel... Then i have started
To send sms to 1900 for porting...
But, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message could not sent" is showing... Tried 10 time...
By speking to custmer care for solution... They keep giving non sense / irrilavent solutions: -

I used to be an Aircel user. 3 days back i changed to Vodafone and got a new sim card - because of the connectivity issues i was facing with the Aircel network. Hello! My sms facilities are blocked though i have linked my number to adhar card. My number is [protected]. I am able to receive messages but found unable to send any message to anyone. I don't know what to do. Even i called customer care but they don't resolve it. They ask me for adhar updation which i done earlier. They are not sopving it. Please help me....

I have been charged Rs 966 + taxes for calling on a number 51717 which is a non existing number. Also there are no call details in my number and the time given is when I am always driving. I have raised mobile number portability request 3 time over a period of time.
Recently within 7 day duration i have tried to 2 time for mnp.
I have raised the request on 22nd february 2018.
On false pretext they keep on denying me to leave vodafone network.
It's kind of forcing me to stay on vodafone network.

I got a message saying -

I have already complained about the problem to vodafone store - kankurgachi on 23rd december 2017. They have deactivated the vas services from my vodafone number on 23rd december 2017 itself.
