I visited vodafone store, sarabha nagar, ludhiana today for linking aadhaar with mobile no. The person there told me that it is company policy to change your existing no. From prepaid to postpaid temporarily for linking aadhaar to mobile no. Also, there would be minimum ₹200 monthly rental which i have to bear irrespective of my usage. I own an airtel no. Also, in which i got the aadhaar linked today & there was no such condition in that....

I am using vodafone number [protected] since very long time and recently around 14th oct, i took rs.195 plan with unlimited call and 1gb data for 28 days. But till date the internet connection is very very slow even google search page is taking long to open. I am stating same area since the time i took this number and earlier i was in postpaid plan and there was no such issue with internet speed.

My vodafone cug postpaid no. [protected], [protected] which is registered by name of mr. Vrujlal khimji chauhan.
These both no are inactived since last 6 month. I paid the last bill amount at the vodafone store bhuj, still every month i got mail for due amount of bill.
Please recheck your bill statement and stop to mailing me. Let me know by further reply....

I have been using vodafone since 9 years or more than that. But the response i get is terrible. I have visited customer care many times regarding the bill and the plan but vodafone never solved it.
I again got an overcharged bill and my plan has not been updated. So i stopped using vodafone and got another number from different network.

I m taking new sim from om enterprises at bhayander east on 25.9.17. Mr. Ayush gupta, mo.[protected] who is handling that distributorship or egency and ashwin, mo. [protected]. Who is tiedup with vodafone.25.9.17 to till date my sim is not activate. Both are give me only fake date from last 1month, not pick up my call. I also give 699/- to his executive....

I have applied for conversion of prepaid no of my posted no [protected] on dtd 06.10.2017. For the same i have visted 3 times to vodafone store hanumangarh junction but still my postpaid no is not convert into prepaid no. All documents with kyc submitted to vodafone store hanumangarh.
Please convert this postpaid no to prepaid no as early as possible.

I had vodafone corporate sim card for mobile project related work. When my project closed i raised request to corporate assist to deactivate my sim. They sent me email regarding sim deactivation after i paid all amount of last month mid august-17
I am getting emails for payment of previously paid bills ex, june, july august.
I wrote 6-7 mail to them to look this misunderstandings but they always send regret email...

I recently ported my idea no to vodafone and retailer informed me the offer of ₹450 in which i would have got 84gb 84 days with unlimited calling.
My no. Got activated yesterday morning.
However as my balance was 0 and no pack was activated. Yesterday (Sunday) the shop was closed so i was forced to do a talktime recharge of ₹53 on my vodafone no.
But now the recharge of rs 450 is not getting completed as told to...

As i am using vodafone services form more than 10 years. I am having two connections from vodafone company. I think its time for me to move on from vodafone.

They charged me rs 312+gst for just 76mb data, it is too much amount for me.

Currently iam on tata docomo network and i want to port my number to vodafone network. When contacted vodafone store they are saying to take postpaid plan or do a minimum recharge of rs.400+ to maintain my number.
Currently iam using a 2g phone and not want any postpaid connection nor any special package of rs.400+. Please suggest me proper solution for my complaint....

I'm purchase mobile phone on Amazon oct 4th . I got msg from Vodafone elgible data offer . I recharged 179rs 1gb through Amazon pay 18th oct as per condition.

This is to inform you that i replaced my sim dated on 19th oct 2017 from vodafone gallery but till date my sim is not activated also note that i am using this sim last 7 years.

I went two times at vodafone store but still card is not activated, i am totally fed up with your service i think u don't care of customer value and time. If my sim is not activated then i will escalate this issue to higher level...
