I am writing this email out of frustration and anger. I had enough of you guys. From last 6 months i have been wrongly charged, evertime i step in to the vodafone shop they tell me to make the payment and the request which i have given long back to change from postapiad to prepaid will be done in few hours which was never done.

Customercare and people sitting in the vodafone shop are so pathetic they dont even know how to talk...

I have requested to block the postpaid sim card, from the last 2 months, team is not cancelling the sim card. You are really good in generating the bill on time.
Over the phone. You are saying as sim will be canceled in the next 3-4 working days. Without intimating me sim is activated in the next day.
This is not fair at all.

I'm using Vodafone postpaid plan @299 rs with 2G unlimited internet. But Vodafone suddenly stopped 2G Plan without any confirmation.
Vodafone said that you will get unlimited 2G internat plan when I was switching to vodafone postpaid.

Please resolved my issue asap.

I am frequent travel to australia & singapore & activated the international roaming in august 17 to keep my mobile phone active.

Am facing network problem from last one week and already complained to customer care of Vodafone but they only give me their excuses even they are not providing me my complain no . You can't provide 2g 3g net speed, if you have charged rs.444 4g plan.
It is out of law of merchantability under contract act 1872.
Otherwise i will move to the court of law, and consumer forum.
As you are reprenting the brand of vodafone. Its a serious voilation.

I am purchasing a new vodafone sim and recharge for 1gb data per day for 84 days but after 5 days i have no data left. On complaint to customer care they first commit that i have plan for 1 gb / day data for 84 days but when i told that i am unable to use internet, they told me that your 2 gb data finished. When i have 1gb data daily then how can 2gb data finished.

There is no network in sec 137 .. worst connection .it is frustrating to have Vodafone number. All other connections are working except Vodafone. Guys do something about your network otherwise you will loose remaining customers. Call drop was still manageable but no network is not ok.
