mobile and sim was theft

Pawan kumar usuing pre-paid connections on mobile no : [protected] lost my mobile with sim card today at 4.00 p. M. Near kalindi kunj near jasola vihar new delhi 110020

So though i made a complain about the same on [protected]. Now further again request to block my sim card immediately.

What shall i neeed to do get the same mobile no?

I registered for porting out & with code vl324747 after paying my may 2017 bill which was to be paid by 09/06/2017 and our billing cycle was on 22nd of every month. We had been paying our bills online. I had requested our june bill so as to port out before 22 june 2017. When i did not get any bill i paid rs 250/- as advance for my average bill of about rs 202/- for june 2017...

my sim was hacked.

This is to inform you that on last wednesday my sim was hacked and i had to face some unwanted issues beacuse of such activity.
It is very annoying to receive such kinds of phone call after such activities. Though for the time being my issue is solved but still i'm not sure about your data base security.
Hence i want a letter which summarizes an apology from your customer care, so that i can present that when someone accuses...

registration failed

delay in port service

I have vodafone number [protected] which i have asked to port. Inspite of my bills been paid more than actual and documents submitted, the company is delaying the porting request. They want to increase the rental and harass me. Since i have already shifted, it is really inconvenience for me.
I am not happy with the service and therefore want to port it. But seems they can give thousand retention call. But not actual service....

my prepaid sim card not activated for 2 days

I had been using vodafone postpaid plan for my mobile no : [protected].
I wanted to change my post paid plan to prepaid plan. So i went to vodafone store which is in madurai, northveli street branch. I paid my bill and i have given my
Aadhar proof and photo for changing to prepaid on[protected].

They deactivated my sim on[protected] at 12.00 pm night.

My vodafone sim card not activated till now....

no outgoing sms

Iam not able to send outgoing sms to any mobile number and i have cleared vodafone customer care multiple times. Every time i called in was told to re-enter the sms service center number [protected] but this is not solving the problem. I also send multiple emails through my vodafone apps and through gmail to vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com but haven't get any reply to solve the issue apart from the auto generated reply email.

mobile number migration and billing issue

regarding blocking of my number

My vadafone no is [protected] and my latest bill of august 2017 is showing i have charged rs.168/- for calling 51717 on 27th july 2017 at 11:01:36 for 12.10 min. Which i have not done and i dont even know whom this number belongs to also it is not even showing in the call history on my phone.

unwanted vas activated without permission

deliberately blocking sms to 1900

Recently wanted to port my no. To jio from vodafone, but on sending message to 1900, i am getting check opeartor service, have enough balance to send a message, customer care tells to do things you might already did, this is very unethical on vodafone part, also trai need to have alternate independent method to register for mnp. Hope they fine vodafone such deliberate immoral business tactics....

vas deactivation and mnp i. change my circle

I'm a vodafone retailer & i've taken a vodafone demo about 9th months and using it regularly for my shop. Yet i can't use it for any new prepaid connection and link an aadhaar. Even i have the fingerprint device for a new prepaid connection.

I contacted to my distributor, they told me your act has not done, that why you unable to access above feature.

I requested them for act authorization and for fingerprint...
