I have request for change my connection from posstpaid to prepaid of my mobile no [protected] i have personally visit your vodafone new panvel gallry.
As per disscussed with your repersentetor mr satyandera my prepaid sim will be activated as on 12 july 2017.
I have paid your all due & all documents given at your related office than why not my connection activated.

Vas charges keep getting added even after i have removed and blocked pop ups. I keep getting auto generated smss that say on your request we have enabled some pack, when i clearly did not do this. This is the fourth month (From the march billing cycle to the june cycle) in a row i have had to call the (Not toll free) complaint number and spent 35 minutes explaining that i did not activate or download...

Cellno [protected] is having unlimited 4G plan. The no is under CUG MGVCL
since15 days speed found is very slow.
Almost all application & site takes much time or is not opens at all.

Despite repeated request & complaint being sent to the vodafone service through their portal & my registered mail to vodafone company the value added services are being activated. The services are just activated on the number by sending a simple sms, then asked to deactivate by sending the sms. Even if the request for deactivation is sent the charges are being added to the monthly bill. Every month due to this i have to pay 300/400 extra...

Facing network data issue. Called customer care 4 times. They all give ####### reasons and put on hold for because non of them want to register complain. and till now they actually have not registered any complain. Whom should i complain now? If I am paying full money why the hell I am not getting service I am paying for? Will it be okay if we pay less and enjoy the service?? No!! at that time this providers dont even think about customer....

Automatically vodafone is activating value added services every month. While asking customer care person mr. Siva (Tamilian) he is telling that vas is activated at your end and you only activated it. His reply was unacceptable. I didnt activate any services. Every month i am facing the same issue it is un tolerable. Kindly take necessary action against the company....

This is regarding abnormal bill amount for limited data usage. Pls note it ir gegarding the bill cycle of 6th june 2017 to 5th july2017. During this period i have checked free data balance by using ussd code *111*5*1# and found that i had 8gb + 8gb, i. E. Total 16gb of data allocated for my vodafone number [protected]. Out of the total data i had used 14gb (Approx.) as per bill attached.

My name is arun kumar dahiya no [protected] having a bill issue pending for last one and half months and nothing is being done in this regards and my services are barred three times and again resumed now im out of a station and my services are bared again im facing to much problem i cant understand for a customer more than 20 years im getting this type of response very disgusting please resolve my issue as earliest as possible...

I have activated my sim with my Aadhaar I'd and recharged with 299 pack. But the sim not activated yet. I have contacted Vodafone Care multiple times, they are not interested in it and not taking care of this issue.

This is to inform you that i am victor das using two vodafone post paid number [protected], [protected]. I had paid my bill on 21.06.2017 due on may'2017 month.

My vodafone no. [protected] and [protected] have been deactivated suddenly. These sims were not in use for a not but when i started to used it once again there's no range. It says emergency calls only. Resolve this problem asap.

We are having the issue with vodafone punjab circle as i am trying to port my number from vodafone punjab to airtel punjab. But i am doing it from last one and half month and they are always rejecting my porting request by giving some silly reason like, customer not picked up the phone or upc code is mismatch, i have screenshot of everything that i had conversation with vodafone guys and upc code was also matching...

I am an user of vodafone since2013. I raised a request to change my monthly plan in the month of march2017. Vodafone deactivate my old plan & activate the new one but they only deactivate my voice plan not the internet plan.
