I haven't activated any games portal in my phone.. on the gap of every few days they activate one or the other services without any request on my part. Today Rs. 25 was deducted for some Handset Inbuilt Game. Your customer care is the worst service i have come across.. Im never able to contact your executive for any of my complaints.. Deactivate the service immediately and refund my money...

My family member sim card is not showing any network for last 15 days.
I tried to solve the problem by restarting the phone, reinserting the sim, changing the phone.

On checking in Vodafone store, they told me that all the services are active in my number but i don't see any network signal because Old IDEA sims need to be upgraded to new New Vi sim as old sim won’t support anymore. They disconnected network without...

On may 9, 2023 at 3.11 pm, Rs.99 was deducted from my Vi prepaid balance without my consent for caller tune activation when I didn't opt for any caller tune. This is totally not acceptable and I request a reimbursement of the deducted amount....

Internet working and calls not getting connected since 5 months...

My service is temporarily withdrawn, call and sms out going isn't working.

But incoming call service is working.
Please help me as soon as possible....

I recently ported my BSNL sim into vi sim.
they say that it will activate in 2 days.
and it's been two days and my sim is still not working.

Since morning today, I am unable to make any outgoing calls. Every number I dial it says the number is invalid. I am receiving calls and my plan is valid till 05th May. I have recharged an amount of Rs. 188 on 26th April 2023, but not activated and the amount deducted from my bank account (SBI) net banking. Please check....

I have recently applied for porting to vi and have got the sim but I am unable to activate the number in vi. Still the old operator network is available after 3 days and calling 59059 for tele verification from vi is of no use. I also tried the sms way but no use.
I wanna know whether I have to wait a little longer or I am not aware of any other steps.
I called many customer care number to know that they are all AI which cannot...

Hi Consumer Complaint team,

Today I have recharged by IDEA sim for 179 INR through VI(Vodafone Idea) app but after waiting for 8 hours, still the recharge is not successful but amount has been debited from my account.

Attached the debited screenshot and recharge history, please notify Vodafone idea and hoping to get refund so that I can recharge it again.

I have paid my post paid bill of my mobile no [protected] on 17th April 2023. But till today it is not removed from your system and while calling, voice record message come as - 'pay your outstanding bill immediately to avoid disconnection' which is very irritating.

On 20th April 2023, I have talked to your Service Manager, STP, Shri Jayat Sen Basak twice on the issue and he advised me to switch off...

I recharged my Vodafone account with 181 at 8.25 P.M but my account is still not activated....

I have paid for 4 different VI number and Sims.

followed by this number I have 3 more number.
I have taken new sim card from VI office of Kumaran road, Tiruppur.

But only 2 VI Number is active and taking monthly charges for 4 vi number.
Additionally taking 100/- for Datas.
