This is plain cheating. Government should make strict law for this type of cheating and fraud. I did not send any message. Received or made any call which may have got it activated. This is plain fraud and should be made a criminal offence as Vodafone does it to many users and as a result cheats the people of India. VODAFONE IS SCAM. This is last month I have had it....

I'm very much frustated calling the vodafone customer care and did not get a solution despite of calling them so many times and constant reminders for almost 45 days.I was charged Rs. 612 extra on my billing amount which they said was the extra STD calls that i made but i had confirmed with the customer care executive who assured me that all your calls are within benefits and the same will be deducted when your bill is generated, which didn't...

Hai sir & madame ...18.02.2017.saturday morning 8:45 clock my Vodafone [protected] number was blocked for sms. I asked to customer care they said that I need to register wirh TRAI . actually I did not do eny kind of marketing. Every i will send messages to my friends and relatives for only. Without my knowledge they blocked. How to un block ???.please....

I have activated 19 rupees data but my data is not working and I have not used it so refund it please and my numbers is not connecting to urs customers care what is it please connect me to customer care...

VAS services are being activated on my number very frequently even though i don't authorize for the activation from my end. I came to know that this is because of a third party that Vodafone has tied up with for the services and VODAFONE cant HELP its customers from this happening.
Even after by chance if the customer has known that a VAS is active on his number there is no way that VODAFONE can help its customer...

Not able to make call from home and no call are connected while i am in the home, even its show to the person who dials the network either switched off or not available.

We have to either go on the roof or on the streets for the talk on the phone....

I got a message from vodafone stating that i activated the follo pack n deducted 35 Rs. from my balance.But i am very sure that i did not activate any pack in any way.
my number is -[protected].There are many other people who are facing this issue.I think immediate action must be taken against such complaints.
We cant even stop the service.It will keep deducting money from our balance.Never expected such service from vodafone....

I visited vodafone store for SIM replacement 3 days back. My SIM is not activated till now....

This complaint is for your Vodafone store, near Rajarampuri, Kolhapur. Store in charge Priyanka chougle. Verification guy came home talk to my mother in law. Confirmed the details. But they are assuming we are not staying there. Suspended my service twice. Second time the guy didn't came to verification guy didn't came at all. U am not able to use the service and now your people are not refunding the amount of device...

I have a postpaid mobile phone connection having SIM card no.[protected]. since it's charging the bill more than the actual usage I want to convert it to prepaid. I visited Vodafone customer care at least 10 times. Each time they give different reason for not doing same.
First time they said that I can't change my postpaid to till the completion of six months.

But she is relation with her RM mr. Ratnesh ji. He know about her documents but do not taking action against with her. i have proof about her documemts. Every time amount deducted towards VAS from my prepaid balance without my concern.please stop all my VAS immediately....

Vodafone is the biggest fraud in India, they have activated a Value added service without my consent.

When I call up the customer care they say that you must've clicked on an ad and we activated it.

Why have they activated without my consent? Now I need to pay 90 rupees for some god know what service that I haven't even used?

I'm moving away from this network now!!!...

If you are not able to giving this offer so never send us and plzzz learn to others company... like arcl jio these companies is better than to yours... and dont dont gyp us dont...
