Vodafone India — balance deduction and very unacceptable behavior of customer care executive | |||
Sir I m regular user of vodafone internet from last few months . sir i m using the plan off 155 rs per month 1GB 2G data.today i make the recherge but i get 525 mb data in the place of 1GB on my no-[protected]. Then i make call on 198 from my another vodafone number [protected] but the behaviour and responce of customer care executive are very un-acceptable. Secondaly sir they say that the plan was change from first september but there is no information about that on *111# .and to the vodafone distributor too till today. And ther is not mention that t&c apply. If the plan was change then its ur responsibility that u should inform ur customers but this type of any action not perforn by ur team. Sir i request u to plz solve out the problem of mine .otherwise we dont want to be the customer of this reputated cellular service. Sir plz consider it.
