Vodafone India — balance deduction without any activation

dear vodafone, on 25th june 2015, i have recd. below message from u, without any activation. refund the deduct amount 90/- rs. on war footing basis... hello! social book pack is now active on your number, as requested. this service is valid till[protected] and a 30 days rental of rs.90 has been deducted.your current balance post service activation is rs.46.69.to deactivate sms stop to or call 155223(toll free) regards, rajeshgouda [protected]

We did not get any response when we called your number yesterday hence request you to specify a suitable time between 9 AM to 6 PM from Monday to Saturday when we can speak to you.
