Vodafone India — Balance Fore fitted at the time of Portability

Dear Sir, I recently shifted my operator from Vodafone to Airtel, I had a balance of Approx 900/- which is not refunded to me - I learnt from customer care that this amount will not be refunded. Whereas as per TRAI rule any customer change the operator - his account will be settled properly and all dues will be paid in either case.
