Vodafone India — Balance zero and validity gone

I have been using Vodafone number for past 5 years.Last month I had a balance of 460 Rs but recently when i checked my balance i found it was zero.Before rasining issue with Customer care(Mah & Goa) I decided to recharge with 300 RS on 25 Jul, but the balance was valid only for 1 day.Now my number does not work and its been more than 1 week since i raised issue with VF CC, always getting mail give us 2 days to investigate.
